To make an aileron, you do the same thing as when you make an elevator except you make those little thumb print flaps closer to the edge of the front wing as opposed to the middle of the plane like the illustration for the elevator.
Flaps going up with air hitting them, will make the plane fly skyward. The back edge of the wing drops and the plane shoots up. The angle of attack gets bigger an so more air hits the bottom of the wings on the paper airplane, making it go higher and have more lift.
