What’s a Stunt Paper Airplane?

In the ebook, Fun and Easy Paper Airplanes (That Really Do Fly!) you'll find a number of Stunt paper airplanes. I think Stunt paper airplanes are the most fun. They do loops, circles, dives and rolls better than any of the other types of paper airplanes. Learning to throw them depends on the plane you make. Just keep practicing!

Each Stunt plane is different and takes different styles of throwing to make it work. Try using medium or hard throws, just don't throw so hard that you end up bending or blunting the wings and nose.

Flying Tip:
Here's a word or two about how to make your Stunt paper airplane make loops and circles when flying them.

Loops
To make your Stunt plane do loops, give it big upward elevators. (See the Glossary for an explanation on what an elevator can do to your paper airplane.) Then give your Stunt paper airplane a good throw either at an angle toward the ground or directly upward.

Circles
Circles are really sideways loops. To make circles, launch it so the wings are banked to the right. You need to make an aileron on the left side to accomplish this. (See the Glossary for an explanation on what an aileron can do to your paper airplane.)
